Hi All,

Have only recently had the need to connect a few HDMI toys to my TV and have found a problem with an HDMI input.

The new dvd/mediaplayer/freeview all work in the HDMI 1 & 2 inputs, but nothing works in HDMI 3. I havent been able to find any menu settings or options that might indicate its disabled. The TV knows the HDMI is plugged in as it cycles to that input, but it steadfastly comes up with 'no signal'.

Any suggestions?

A similar problem in the htpc thread found it was the cable not the hdmi3 input (panasonic tho'). Sorry to state the obvious.

yeah, thats what i thought too... so i tried swapping the 2 HDMI cables around between componentss and that made no difference... I might buy yet another cable tomorrow and try that... thanks for your thoughts
