For modest distances any RCA cable you have should work fine for this purpose. So you might avoid having to buy one.

Digital or otherwise, unbalanced coax impedance is usually 75 Ohm, would not recommend cheapo AV cables, but anything made of reasonable quality 75Ohm coax (RG59 antenna cable will work) will work, some items here at http://www.tradetech.co.nz/shop/Plugs+Sockets+Leads++Cables/AudioVisual+Cables/x_page/1.html might be what you are after, or you could try getting out the soldering iron and making your own. For what it is worth, gold plating is a bit of a gimmick, good quality nickel plated connectors work just fine.

spdif is a pretty low rate (bandwidth) method, and has a pretty robust line code. Eye tests I have done indicate for lengths upto 10m or so you can use pretty much any old RCA line cord and it does not give a damn, dont get too concerned with impeadance as neither does it. The standard is however built around 75ohms on coaxial implementations, but simple analog RCA leads are fine for most 2-5m home use runs.
