Hey,
So the WAF insisted we go back to Saturn after having problems getting Freeview set up in the new place.
I noticed on the back of the Saturn box that there is a coax out, and after speaking with the installer he said that it feeds out free-to-air content in case you have an input on the TV that you can use, so you can record one channel/watch the other.
Now I haven't played with tuners for a while so my memory is hazy, but am I correct that as it stands, VMC won't allow for multiple tv signal inputs? I've got a PVR-150 and a HVR-3000. The Saturn box is connected to the 150 via S-Video, so I was thinking of plugging the coax out into the 3000. But a quick test would only let me tune one or the other.
I don't want to go for anything other than VMC as it's running exactly how i want it and I don't like MP or any of the open source offerings. However, can someone confirm that there's no way to get both tuners going in my current VMC Ultimate installation?
If so, if I went to the TV pack would there be any difference? I haven't installed it but if it gives me this functionality I just might. Thing is, I have 2 extenders in the house so it'd be nice to be able to watch different channels on them given the opportunity.
If no, then I'll just wait for Windows 7 I guess :)
