Can definitely be side loaded and work pretty well. Sky Sport one used to be pretty bad with it but is OK now (from what I recall - changed TV that has Android TV built in).
I used to grab the APKs off a SmartVu which I also have (Mi Box is better IMHO).
I ushully watch spark sport on my fire stick. But they have updated the app. Anyone have the akp app update that will work on fire stick . I think it is v1.11.5.
