Hello,

I have recently put in a home theater and have MYSKY HDI, dvd, and speakers running through the amp.

Everyone now and then, (around once every three days) the video signal gets lost and a "no signal" message comes up on the TV. The sound still comes through all the speakers. It takes about 30mins for video signal to come back.

Has anyone else experienced problems like this? Is it most likely to be the amp,tv or cables? (they are all brand new)

Cheers.

Could be any number of things, HDMI is a prick to troubleshoot because its got all that encrypted end to end crap happening.

add to that the man in the middle stuff that recievers have to do to beable to do onscreen displays, while keeping the source happy that it is all secure and its a miricale that it works at all.

I would start by looking at the cables in anycase. Too many crap HDMI cables that "work fine" out there.
