I have recently installed a Sigtech ST2000 box to tidy up my phone, internet, tv,sky etc. I have completed the cabling of the phone and internet etc with 2x CAT5e to each faceplate. I now want to tackle the TV setup.

In the main lounge I have a Denon AVR1908 + Denon DVD1930 + Wharfdale speakers plumbed for 5.1. All cabling in the wall. I want to introduce HDTV and MySky to the configuration and cable back to my distr. box.
I have faceplates behind the HT with speaker, sky, video and HDMI. There is 1x F connector adn 2x TV all RG6 back to me box. The HDMI is HDMI cable up wall over ceiling and down to opposite wall to the intended place of the HDTV (not purchased yet). There were issues with the CAT5e-HDMI faceplates from Rapello at the time so went with the single HDMI cable (less than 10metres). Got it through wall OK as it has very robust connectors.

I have a CRT Pano 32 wide screen in the second lounge which I want to connect to main setup.
I also want to run TV to 3x bedrooms.

Questions:

1. I planned to run 1x RG6 cable to each bedroom back to my ST2000. Is this sufficient?
2. I heard that HD doesn't like RG6, so should I run 2x CAT5e to each room to future proof? And how do I connect back to the box?
3. How do I connect my Denon AVR + DVD + HDTV + Mysky to each other and in turn to my ST2000? All have HDMI connections.

i recommend at least 2x RG6 & 2x Cat6 to each tv point

use cat6 (1,000Mbs) instead of cat5e (100Mbs) for future proofing

Read the TCF guidelines which are stickied on these forums somewhere
