Quidam: I'd also say that if there is one thing Sky doesn't want, it's bad publicity. For this reason alone, if there was even a hint that this could be taken to the wider media, you might find that they call off the attack dogs in spectacular fashion.
History says otherwise - Sky seem to get far too much pleasure out of fighting dirty. They usually target at their competitors, but customers are advised not get in the way either.
If you really want this issue broadcast (as opposed to just blogged about) then your best bets would be Media7 on TVNZ7 or Mediawatch on National Radio. It's far, far, far too technical for Close Up, Fair Go etc. Attempting to visualise the Target special on EPG redistribution rights has given me an uncontrollable case of the shudders...
