I would suggest either buying it from DSE Aus or TVLink UK direct is the go. I know quite a few quys in Aus have bought direct from UK as its still cheaper than the Foxtel Accessory/DSE path.
Just on the subject, the Jaycar ir extender units based on Silicon Chip Magazine design work great for MySky. You have to make them up though...soldering etc. An advantage of this method is you can control other devices as well as the sky box.
