Yep all todo with broadcast rights, and in Europe (as is here by the way) there are international laws preventing broadcasters showing certain material out of territory.
I guess sky see it as a kind of service theft there point of view is that if you own 2 properties then you should be paying for 2 decoders. TCL have the same policy as they will only service 1 decoder to 1 tv thee is no such thing as value for money with these guys anymore.
