Another vote for UE Boom.  A great speaker, and good battery life.  Plus good App.

In fact I have 2.... and can play them in stereo, which sounds awesome.

That is the nice thing about the UE Boom (and the UE Mini), you can link them up via the App and have stereo.
I have the Mini (got given to me as a sample), great for the size.

You don't need to use the App to link them.  There is a button combo you can press on the speakers to link them.

I got charge for couple of months now and it's just sound amazing and really impressed plus battery last ages!
Wife even want to have one as we keep fighting who to listen first..

Loewe Speaker 2go. Better sound than anything else mentioned here, battery could be better (~8hrs, came from a Braven that had like 24hrs battery life). Otherwise the Booms do have a great reputation.
