Do you think its a software or hardware bug? The possible fix mite be different?

This has all been fixed,
Very difficult explaining it to people, but I just show them videos from cell phone of it scampering around in screen, then they get it.

, who where very helpful and said take back to retailer and they will fix as a screen defect under warranty,

Harvey Norman Hornby
(CHC), very helpful staff member, they just replaced TV with a new one.

PS, little mite/bug will probably find it's way out now., ha ha.
