wellygary:
B1GGLZ: You've probably bought a tuner that's incompatible with our NZ DVB-T broadcasting standard.
+1,

Given it came out of the States (ebay) unless it specifically states it does DVB-T tuning, I would presume its ATSC and not compatible.....

A huge chunk of what's on ebay comes out of China, but I've also purchased stuff from the UK, Israel, Aussie, all over. It's the default auction platform for most of the rest of the world.

I activly avoid US sellers on ebay because they are the only country that try to make it hard to buy from them.

The stick was ordered from China on the 17th, shipped same day and arrived today so things are going very fast...for free shipping!

Just had a couple of things from june 13 and 14 arrive today, but a massive backlog still. Clearly not a FIFO postal system.
