If you've received it back unfixed, your rights under the CGA allow you to go and get a refund or a new replacement, so depending on how patient you are, you've always got that option.

 

 

I figured that would be the case. I'll be patient for now as I believe I need to give them a reasonable amount of time to resolve the issue, but if it doesn't get fixed soon I'll be going down that path.

As someone that went through 3 Sony TVs in 6 weeks at the end of last year, don't waste your time mate. Take it back immediately.
