The NZ Herald is an Auckland based newspaper, at the head of the story it does say "New York". The story never elludes to this being "worldwide". The story has got your attention (the marketing gurus will love it), and thus you have all checked it out, seen the site, seen the advertising and someone is very happy about their hit counter.   The wheels on this bus are certainly going around and around.    Shock Horror.... it didnt make nz nationwide news, feature as a rumor on this site or other websites that commentate on media and whatnot......so how can one conclude it was ever going to be available in NZ?
