You dont have to be in Wellington or Christchurch for TelstraClear broadband.. you could always get ADSL through TCL.

Is it too early to determine whether we could stream this content from Windows Media Player using sharing? Would the DRM restrict this to viewing on the PC only? I hope that the content is better visual quality than what's off the satellite and will look good on a big screen.

Forget it.

"We’re sorry; the platform you are currently running does not support the Microsoft DRM that powers this service.
Operating System: Win2000, Browser: Opera"

Managed to sign up but when I execute the program, it opens up IE with the respective player however it says on the info bar that this page may require an add-on to run correctly and it won't let me add it, tried with both IE7 & 8.

Anyone else having this problem?

Not that its worth it, but user agent spoofing might work.

is there anywhere stating that traffic is definitely zero rated for ISP's such as Vodafone?  I'm reluctant to check it out fully without this guarantee
