OP - a key question is in-ear or on-ear?
Key because many people are fully one way or the other; personally, I'd never go for those that wedge in the ear for exercise as they not only feel uncomfortable, but critically I'd be too concerned about too many outside sounds being blocked (so a safety concern).
I've been using 66 Audio Sport headphones for a couple of years - they're similar in design to the Ali Express ones linked to above, and have a good rep for sound quality - plus the battery life is terrific (I get 20+ hours out of them). 66 Audio now has a Pro pair out that promises better sound and range plus an app - big difference in price though ($110 versus $45 US) - see https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_i_5_8?url=search-alias%3Dmobile&field-keywords=66+audio+bts&sprefix=66+audio%2Cmobile%2C807&crid=2UHT95EHIG0DC
I'd note, however, I've had problems with my original set, which gave up working; replacement pairs have a different audio signature to them (the image is too centred), but the company thinks I'm making it up!
