Yes, that's the one.

 

Next PVR on the PC and FWIW I have Kodi on an android tv and openelec / Kodi on a raspberry pi 3 for another TV.

 

 

 

 

Quad, not sure if ill use it but bigger is always better. i think this is my preferred option at the moment.

As another poster mentioned - for each tuner you can grab multiple channels on the same mux (depending on how many there is, usually 2 I believe). I just did a test record of 5 simultaneous channels .... no problems.
