It is annoying, but a known problem across all HD feeds apparently. I know Sky had massive problems in UK when Sky+HD came out. Apparently there is no generic fix as it affects different TV's and HT's differently.
At least Sky had the Brains to add an Audio Delay in the menu though, i will give them that
