Its MONSTER - the guys behind monster cable which is overpriced crap, the misleading displays at appliance retailers, the lack of any sane priced component/hdmi cables in those same retailers etc. The one that was attempting to sue any other company with monster in the name, the company that was a bit confused when trying to do blue jean cables for design/patent infringement over the design of an RCA connector.

A company with those ethics deserves no money.

Still I wonder how the headphones perform? They do look kind of cool though the pink ones may not be for me. I fear though the headphones might be as "LOUD" as lady gaga's music. (see "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/L..."

Searching "lady gaga he......" initially did not bring up "Headphones" just as "peter sinclair " brought up something about marmite, you have been warned.

:O lady gaga
lol seriously though, if you want to know how they sound without actually buying them first your best bet would be head fi. I'm betting they're similar to the rest of the beats lineup; decent sound quality but nothing on the sennheiser, grados, klipsch etc at the same price point.
