Thanks for the explanation. I do prefer TvHeadend due to its simplicity, ability to stream via a browser and overall footprint. I'm currently getting the next 2 or 3 programs in the epg, but would be nice to get a few days worth.

That's because you're only decoding EIT data and not MHEG5 data which is 7 days worth.

And just FYI Mythtv has a web/stream front end to called Mythweb. http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/MythWeb

Due to the change in freq for Christchurch, I've uploaded some minor changes to 0.3.6 that adds new channels and removed TV7.
