Haha, no problem with repeating yourself :)

I've contacted them to see if they will replace it with something else. Hopefully they will lower the price on the ST60 as a sweetener. We bought $6k of whiteware the other week for the MIL's new house and the gave us items from the shop floor without telling us. I'm hoping they feel suitably guilty as we've ripped them a new one over that.

I initially bought a Samsung plasma a couple of years ago, but I returned it for multiple reasons including buzzing, weird motion, and the reflective screen. Samsung LCD worked much better. L V Martin were no problem at all doing the exchange - it is the putting right that counts.

They did, both the fridge and the dishwasher where delivered with no packaging, just lashed in the back of a truck and the tv simply had a piece of foam and wrap around the screen. The stand itself was damaged.

The manager got another earful from my lawyer wife yesterday and has given us an 'amount' for the inconvenience and agreed to either replace the tv with a model I name or refund our money. It's between the ST60 and a Samsung UF50F6400 LED.

I don't think we are allowed to name and shame on GZ are we ?

If it's untrue, you can't.
If it's fact, there's no issues.

It's true and when all this is sorted out I may well 'name and shame'.
