@Yabanize @sidefx Doh! I was thinking the Meizu M2 smartphone! Give me a break, only just woken up and it is my Saturday. Yes, the earbuds are bloody awesome so grab a pair :)

Picked up a pair at lunch time. They look nice but I don't see a manual in the box so I'm puzzling over how to use them. I'm guessing I need to charge them first, so plug into usb and the little red light on them comes on for a few seconds then turns off... not entirely sure what this means though - are they charged or still charging? Pressing the buttons on them doesn't seem to do anything, so I'm unsure on how to pair them with my phone.

Hold down the middle part (between the + and - buttons) until the light starts flashing blue and red, this means its in pairing mode

If you look in bluetooth on your phone it should now show up to connect.

In future, hold the middle button down for a few seconds to turn off and on

If the red light is turning off it means its fully charged. The red light stays on while charging

@Yabanize: Thanks! working now. I did find instructions along those lines online, but apparently I wasn't holding down long enough.

They're definitely sounding good so far. They seem pretty effective on the sound isolation front too. Boy can they crank out some volume as well... though bit confusing that the headset doesn't control phone volume - it seems to have it's own volume level, is that normal for bluetooth headphones?

Ah cool, and just found that holding down vol up or down allows you to move to next or previous track. Perfect... though it does seem a bit clunky if you want to skip forward a few tracks quickly... not sure if that's a function of the headphones or my windows phone though.

Anyway, going on initial impression, very happy with these :)

The seperate volume is an android/bluetooth thing. Android 6 fixes this to only have one volume. iOS only has one volume
