Saw the 55" EZ950 for sale at JBs in Oz for $AU3300. NZ prices still have a way to go.

Purchased the Panasonic EZ950 and would have to agree that it's a stunning picture. 4K feeds from Youtube and Netflix look stunning and even upscaled DVD's are a thing of beauty.

I was wondering if anyone dug into the screen calibration options to try and get the best out of the tv? I see that @billgates mentioned some settings which he set using the Professional 1 and 2 options. Has anyone gone more in depth than that, and if so, what did you do?

I always trust AV Forums. Their review suggests that the out of the box performance is pretty good and doesn't need much tinkering

I'm also happy with out of the box. 'Cinema' setting for movies looks spot on to me.

I watched John Wick 2 in 4K HDR on the Sony OLED that @freitasm has got at present. The picture quality was truly stunning - after I made him turn all the post processing off. With that on it quite simply looked like a cheap Veon. I just still don't understand why all the unnecessary stuff is turned on by default.
