The short answer is "all the time".
The longer version is that the signals are not likely to be permanent, and as soon as SBS can find another way of beaming regional versions of their programming to Tasmania, they'll be gone.
Also, There are just two distinct programs available: SBS One, and SBS Two. SBS One is also available in HD. SBS3 and SBS4 are exactly the same as SBS One.
