Hey guys, I am a rank and file employee for a nameless ISP who works on the helpdesk.

no I am not indian, yes I live and work in NZ (and those are questions I do get asked everyday by people ringing up, so I thought I would clarify this) from the above information my main area of knowledge is in networking and internet based stuff (although some might make the comment that since I work in the call centre helpdesk I can't  be that good...) but I enjoy all forms of computer geekery.
