I hope not. That would cause them more support hassles distracting them from what they actually should be doing which is providing internet.

Exactly what I was going to say :) In Bigpipe it's a bit different. Our core team consists of 3 members. So I also play the role of Product Manager and more recently Marketing Manager. We are truly lean!
