Nice to see 2D continues to support.

So.... an eSIM support update would be nice.

Thanks :) eSIM is pretty cool - the team know y'all want to see it. No ETA on when or if this will be available yet though.

When will VOLTE be live throughout the country and how long before the MO Ran deal with vodafone gets rolled out.

Thanks and welcome to Geekzone.

Morgan already answered that earlier in the thread:

MoRAN should be all deployed within the next year or so. No updates at this stage re VoLTE.

Morgan, welcome to Geekzone, great to have you here!

@morganbrowne Welcome to Geekzone and just wondering any updates on VoLTE or MoRAN you can provide?

Thanks! What specific updates are you looking for - timelines? MoRAN should be all deployed within the next year or so. No updates at this stage re VoLTE.

@morganbrowne Was just wondering if any of the MoRAN sites are live yet? Yes about 200 are getting deployed but have 2d gone live with any yet?

Thanks

Yeah, admittedly, I am also sitting on 96GB (86 of which is carry-over).

Unlimited would mean I'd leave more unused...

Haha, no, I've been watching for a wee bit - how gutted are we to lose him from here as our voice though?! Very!

Ahh yes, good question. MoRAN starts deployment from mid-August - so not long now! :)

Hi! Good question. The thing is, our unlimited plan max speeds reduce after 40GB/m (unlike the other guys) but we're always exploring new offers and plans based on the demand from our customers. Our unlimited shared pool plan is a pretty enticing one for those that can share with friends and family - it's a super competitive price at $40 pp, for unlimited min/txt/data - and again, max speeds reduced after 40GB/m rather than much sooner ;) We've actually just won a Canstar Blue Award as Best Pay Monthly mobile provider for the 6th year running too, which we're pretty stoked about. Cheers

There is a catch there which stopped me going to 2degrees, to get it at $40 pp you need 4 people. In my case I've got 3 connections so was going to be $45 pp so opted for Vodafone's option of $120 ($40 pp) to get 12 gig for each connection which is more enough for what we need. I know an extra $15 doesn't sound like much but do want to keep costs down.

But in saying that if Vodafone destroys my faith again I might change my mind.

You gotta do what's right for you! From our perspective, it's all about choice - ultimately that's why 2degrees came to be too - to give Kiwis choice and break the duopoly/bromance ;) If you're not going to use the unlimited plan, our 3-person 25GB each Carryover plan with unlimited min/text for $40 isn't a bad deal + ou can still use our 1 hour free data each day, as well as free data sharing, hotspotting etc. Sing out if you have any more questions :)
