The Maple Syrup I have seen in Countdown. Is from Elgin, New Brunswick....50km down the road from where we use to live in Sussex, NB. Wife use to get a couple of 2 litre bottles of it from a patient she had (lol).
Other companies some you Kiwi's might know...that are from NB Canada. McCains is owned by the McCains in NB (although..they've had a split up recently). Brunswick Sardines...NB (eck).
It is a small world. and yes it is wonderful how threads meander.
