Just on the hunt for a decent spec school / gaming (pubg etc) laptop for my son (last year and future proof for Uni), budget around 2k
Ive looked at the standard retailers, Dell, Pb tech etc and very few have touch screen with separate graphics card.

As Ive suggested, the option is more than likely going to be non touch laptop + graphics card, or touch without graphics card as touch + graphics card doesnt appear to be an option.

Looking for SSD /15" / no dvd

Any other words of wisdom or suggestions?

Cheers

I can't comment on NZ availability (been gone 3 years now) But the cheapest price/performance laptop given the specs you're after is likely to be DELL

Hi there

My son has one of these https://www.asus.com/Laptops/N550JV/ which comes with touch screen and 4GB graphics card.

Does not have SSD, but easy to replace the 1TB HDD.

It is 3 or so years old now and works a treat - he is keen on selling it if there is some interest.

Paul
