I need to replace the battery in my Dell XPS i5 9560 laptop, and the instructions say to remove the back panel, unscrew the "M2 x 3mm Torx screws" and remove the battery.
Despite my research, I cannot find any reference to Torx screws of this description anywhere on the internet, none of my screwdrivers will fit these screws, and I can't find any seller offering screwdrivers that would fit.
Any positive suggestions or help would be appreciated.

Could be a T6 head?

M2 = 2mm diameter, x3mm = 3mm length

Probably just a T3 torx. Buy a set, one will fit.

Needed to get into my HP Spectre a fortnight ago.
The tiny screws were T5 or T6.

T5 is only 1.42 mm point to point, T6 is 1.7 mm.

Bunnings had a great set - Kincrome 6 piece Blue (T5 to T10).

Thanks everyone - it WAS a T3 torx screw, and I've just ordered a screwdriver set that includes that one. 😀

I just replaced the ram in my Dell xps15 9560 and the panel screws on the underside are definitely T5 torx.
