Hello all,

I recently got this laptop and it came with this SSD:

WD PC SN560 SDDPNQE-1T00-1002

I can't seem to find anything ab out the specs, I just want to know if it's a good idea to have as an OC drive or just use one of the SSDs I have ordered (Teamgroup MP34) as the OS since it's TLC and has DRAM.

It doesn't make any difference, you won't notice the performance difference in either the WD or the TeamGroup. I'd probably personally, go with the TG as an OS Drive.

Did you get the SN560 out of an Xbox Storage expansion by chance?

It came as the only drive with the laptop. So it's the OS drive, though I am kind considering just fresh installing the OS on the TG.

I am not certain of the WD has DRAM Cache.

The SN570 is DRAM less so I'd imagine the earlier generation is the same. Again you won't notice much if any difference and I'd save yourself a bunch of hassle and leave it as it.

Will the TG even fit?

The WD looks to be a 30mm drive, and the TG is an 80mm drive.

Yep it does seem like that drive is tiny lol. The laptop does have two open slots for traditional NVME drives for Gen 4.0, atleast.
