They have been around for years, and unlike a lot of the other discount retailers they have a show room and stock.

Oh wow that's great. I thought "in-stock" simply meant they could get the stock from the distributor. If they have stock in-store, that is even better.
Just an opinion but if you get a laptop, consider getting an extended warranty. They aren't modular like desktops, so you might be paying a significant proportion of the cost on a repair. Can you afford to get it repaired? If not, I suggest you get an extended warranty. Most last for 3 years, however Bond and Bond offer a 5 year warranty, don't know how much they charge though.
IMO you are far better off getting the manufacturers extended warranty where available in preference to a store warranty. They are likely cheaper and service is faster.
Of course if you buy it through Harvey Norman/B & B etc they will push there own warranty.
