As per title, problem first appeared on my iPhone 4S. Messages refused to send. So rebooted, no luck. Reinserted SIM, no luck.

Pulled out some old phones. First a Nokia 6500s-1, the Telecom variant. Nothing changed, message fails to send.
Then tried in a Motorola Flipout, another Telecom phone, and still nothing changed.

I've been raising issues with them about caller ID on my account because its always coming up as "Private/number withheld/blocked" when calling other people, they said technicians were looking into it for me but their call centre is now closed and I have no way of contacting anyone to sort this out, and if they've half finished the job and left it overnight, I'm seriously gonna up and leave.

What could I try tonight? I was half way through a text convo ><

I went to check my account online, unable to log in.
Tried to check balance on phone, got told my account isn't active.
They've deleted my entire account from the network and I have no credit, no texts, no minutes, no nothing >< Complete idiots.

Hi Sam

Can you try calling 456 on your phone please.  Whilst waiting for your number I got support to have a look and they think yours will be a number that had to be reset today for the CLI issue.  One of the Reps should have called you to talk you through this and to reinstate your credit, which I will be following up in the morning if it hasn't happened.

Cheers

Paul

Yeh I called that number, said my account was active but I received no call today and have no credit on my account apparently, and looks like I'll have to register online for the 3rd time now I believe?

Thanks Paul for sorting that out so late at night, actually didn't expect you guys to read this place this late haha.

All problems appear to be resolved, will try testing caller ID tomorrow and see what happens with that.

You've made me happy by making an effort to fix this so late so I'll be staying for sure :)
Are you guys going to look at getting a 24/7 help desk though? I'd kinda be stuck still if it wasn't for reaching out on Geekzone.

All sorted. Received another call last night because it still had problems with Caller ID.
Ended up just swapping my Skinny SIM to an XT SIM, putting that in the phone, turning caller ID on, removing XT SIM, put Skinny SIM back in and the option is freely available now to turn on and off, and caller ID confirmed to work.
