out since yesterday evening, really annoying as at the moment skinny is my only data connection. Seems like it happens every week now... last time they gave us an extra 5k texts, talk about meaningless. I've already got your 2k plan, which is effectively unlimited, and surely given that the account spends most money on data they can automate their "sorry we suck" bribe to give the account holder something useful?

I drove from Dunedin to Queenstown this morning, nary a byte anywhere. No tweet, message or note on the website about the problem...

working again...
@zeon, if you have 850/2100 phone your only choices are xtra/skinny or 2º. 2º has shocking speeds were I'm @, and drops to 2G all the time. So, really, there's only one viable provider... But, 2º is starting to look better and better. even with their craptacular network.

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

Skinny is actually XT so I dont quite understand why Skinny can go down and not XT...maybe Vodafone will come up with a good deal for all their Telstra customers soon :P

Hi it is back now.  As the new kid on the block we are still fine tuning some of our processes and systems but we've identified what happened and are putting plans in place to stop it happening again. Cheers Paul.

It would be nice if you could let you customers know... So we don't waste time trying to fix things at our end.
