johnr: Modem stats?

PC says it's connected to the modem router at 216mbps.

I can't login to the router. I forgot the password. (LOL....ish).

This Netcom N300 router has been so steady, solid and reliable, I haven't had to touch it for over a year. I thought I had emailed myself the passwords.....but can't find them.

I can reset it and re-configure it with a new password.....but there has been no need. I'll just try turning it off and on. Sometimes the port at the Telecom end gets flakey......and I need to grab a new one.

I would try a power reset first

Now you know why it is part of basic fault checking before calling
