Hi guys & gals,

I've got a friend on a Telecom residential connection who is having trouble accessing a shared hosting server based in Sydney.

Tried clearing caches, using different devices etc but no luck. Works for me on Snap and Vodafone connections

Don't want to give the account URL (site mid-build, no domain yet) but this is the IP of the server, which will also just times out for them. (It should load a Site5 web hosting page.)

http://101.0.76.155/

Can anyone who is on a TNZ connection kindly check if they can access this?

Thanks!
