Selfish, they should have waited until next week when my assignment (critiquing their site) is done so  my lecturers don't think I've used a previous assignment. :P

edit: I do have to say though, it is much better and way less cluttered.

I do like their site, its got good functionality. Now all we need is for Snap to fix theirs and I think all the ISPs will have decent sites.

If anyone from Telecom is reading this, the topics on this page don't expand when clicked (Safari 7.0.3).

They expand with Firefox.

Why they dont keep the old one first & change it later when they rebrand to Sparks? Isn't that cost saving? Even saving a little better than nothing right?
I guess when they become Sparks it will change again?

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

Same for me too, Safari 7.0.3.

The "Help us improve this page" button on the home-page also doesn't work, so can't even submit feedback haha

They'll probably just change the logos and some text, thats probably why they changed the site already, to start slowly rolling changes out.

Has anyone else noticed this on the MyTelecom page? https://www.telecom.co.nz/mytelecom/payabill/

It appears you can pay by credit card online now? Was this not available before? And it doesn't mention fees anywhere on there too, so is it no fee-less to pay by credit card (as in no merchant fees charged to us by Telecom)?

Some of the redirect mappings appear to be useless and end up on vaguely unrelated pages, although this seems like it could be attributed to a clean up of really old information as well.

One interesting question it raised from browsing the mobile pages (not an official question, but more a ponder if any of the people with Telecom tags know), is the One Bill plan getting canned.  The old URL (http://www.telecom.co.nz/mobile/mobile/plansandpricing/smartonebill/) is useless as it redirects to the mobile homepage, and http://www.telecom.co.nz/shop/mobile/smartonebill.html is slightly out of date as it still refers to the March changes and doesn't even seem to be indexed properly by the new site.

SmartOneBill is still there, however it has a minimum $3 charge.

Ever since the new website design, I'm having troubles accessing the site.

if I got http://telecom.co.nz it works
but www.telecom.co.nz will not load.

also the my accounts page will not load either way.

I'm on Telecom VDSL, pages seem to load if I tether up to Telecom 4G.
