Following the link out of Peter Griffin's blog in the Herald ( http://www.nzherald.co.nz/section/story.cfm?c_id=5&objectid=10455108 ), took me to TelecomTV and an interview with soon-to-be TNZ boss Paul Reynolds.

Pretty benign stuff really, but what I found amusing was the time it took to stream down the video. I have a rather good adsl connection in my office (4.483M according to Speedtest.net), but it took 20 minutes to get the whole 10 minute video - probably the international side of things slowing it up.

The link is: http://web20.telecomtv.com/pages/?id=e9381817-0593-417a-8639-c4c53e2a2a10&vidid=2366&view=video&page=1 if anyone wants to try, but the interview is in the first four minutes so you needn't bother waiting for the whole thing, although the BerrySplat TV thing was pretty cool.

I would interested in anyones comments on the interview (or how long it took to stream in).

my speeds sitting on 44KBps, which is nice for a 256Kbps connection. download time = 37mins.
