Is anyone else having problems logging into the xtra (now spark) broadband usage meter at
https://www.telecom.co.nz/jetstreamum/xtraSum

It accepts the password, but redirects to a 404 error since the rebrand.

I know there is the new "myspark" meter but quite liked the old one because we keep records on customer sites giving techs directions on how to access it when we are troubleshooting high data usage - and i dont want to have to go through and get customers to sign up to the myspark

Just tested and get 404 error from that page. Seems they've broken that way of checking usage.

I signed up for mytelecom, same email address and password still works for that one, now called myspark.

Found a link that works.

http://www.spark.co.nz/myspark/myinternet/checkyourusage/

Then at bottom of page, just below register for spark, it's got business customers can check their usuage here, clicking on the word here takes me to,

https://www.spark.co.nz/cwa/UI/Login?realm=/XtraUsers&goto=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.spark.co.nz%2Fjetstreamum%2FxtraSum

It worked for me even though not a business customer.
