Hi all,

I have recently got an iPhone which I shall be getting shortly. I was just wondering if someone from Spark could tell me if there is a charge to change from a mini sim to a nano sim at one of the Spark stores? And also if I took in my new phone do you know if they could apply a screen protector for me as I am terrible at putting them on. I'm happy to pay for it?

As far as I know there is still no charge for this service at a Spark shop. Every time I've had to do it the new SIM has been active before I leave the store.

ETA: Never been charged to have a screen protector fitted either.

People often mistake me for an adult because of my age.

No charge when I last did it for a friends pre-pay, 5 min job. Never used screen protectors, don't see they are necessary, the screen are near impossible to scratch unless you do something silly, and they ruin the sensitivity and look of the phone IMO.

Lazy is such an ugly word, I prefer to call it selective participation

Thanks for the replies. :) I always use screen protectors after I scratched my Lumias screen in my pocket. Cant be too careful with a $1000 phone. :)
