This morning a gentleman came in with his new phone, which he had bought elsewhere...  Not griping about that, but about the price.

Since when has a Nokia 2125 been $120 prepaid?  We sell it at $99...

I checked the phone, there was no credit on it, so the extra charge couldn't be for credit.

What gives?

Is it legal?

I can't imagine why it would be illegal, the RRP is just that...recommended, but nothing binding in that if someone wants to sell it for more...especially if someone is prepared to pay more (bit of simple research never went amiss when buying stuff). Bit of a case of buyer beware I'd think...




Never ask what sort of computer a guy drives. If he's a Mac user, he'll tell you. If not, why embarrass him?
