our new small business office has got a PBX in a Flash installed on a virtual box in the cloud(which is Auckland Data center). And our office are using VDSL(Changing to UFB in a few weeks) with Spark. 

Our phone system is playing up. It rings when there is a incoming call, but we just could not pick up. even between extensions would be the same situation. But we can call out no problem. I've tried using my mobile with SIP phone APP through 4G data(which is not in our LAN), it works perfect every single time. 

I guess it's the router problem, it doesn't route properly (but the internet is working fine), I've disabled SIP ALG on the router already. 
Can i do something with the firewall setting or other settings to fix this issue?

Thats an odd issue, usually the router drops the connection between the device and server, this will cause the device to not ring. 

To confirm, the receiving device is ringing, as in the phone on the desk is making a noise? or is it that the caller can "hear" it ringing?

It seems randomly, sometimes rings but could not pick up, sometimes couldn't even ring, go straight to voice mail.

If you setup a soft-phone, do you have the same issues? 

Use Zoiper for example, set it up to go through your router (Or use the phone you tested over 4G but use WiFi) see if it has the same issues.

If it does, force the app to re register to the VoIP server and try calling it immediately after.

It defiantly sounds like the phones registrations are being dropped. Is UPnP enabled? It should be

From experience, I don't trust "turning off" SIP ALG on a router.

Make sure you are using ports outside the normal SIP range, for eg. use 8060, on your handsets.  Even better, a different port on each handset.  And then see how you go.

I also hope you don't have your PBX open to the world if you can connect to it over 4G. That's just an incredibly bad thing to be doing unless you're going to run a SBC in front, which I can assume you're not.

If it is a NAT issue, how could I get it fixed? My NAT Type is set as NAPT, should change it to be Full-cone NAT or Disable it?
I can connect to it over 4G, but I've got Httpd service stopped.
