I have ADSL+copper landline and want to switch over to fibre+VoF. I have a permanent toll bar on my copper landline right now and want to keep it with the VoF. The CSR on the chat on the website says it's OK and it'll transfer straight over. But when I come to order it two phone reps told me it's not possible and I had to get the $4/month feature pack with Call restriction instead. Would like to confirm if it is possible to have the toll bar moved across to fibre.

I have VoF with Spark and it's not a service I can see as being available in the same was as for ye old copper - i.e. a one-off fee of $50.

It appears to be available on the 1st non-free feature pack which is another $4 (ex GST) per month when I log onto my Spark account.

For that $4 you get....

Call Diversion, Call Waiting, Call Barring, Caller Blocking, 3-Way Calling.

or try another VOIP provider, like 2talk, comes with heaps of features built in, toll bar is easy to add and can be tweaked to allow some numbers and not others

I would want VoIP too, but this will have to be approved by a committee so Spark it is.
