Hi all (specifically people from Spark).

On Saturday evening I requested an upgrade on my naked fibre plan from 150Gb to unlimited. The online portal said the change might take up to 48 hours to take affect but it also said it may happen over night.

I just chatted with Spark via the chat service on the website and was told it takes up to a week to change as a tech needs to be involved. Is this correct? The person chatting with me offered me a months credit which is great but a week seems to be an awfully long time for something that (to me) seems like it should just be as simply as pressing a button on my profile.

FYI - I hit my data cap last night (damn netflix!) and I'm now being throttled (per my request).

Thanks all.
