Although the first month free promo has also ended.. basically the same deal as it was yesterday but instead of $149 for modem, and no plan charge for the first month ($149 outlay for first month), its now $99 for modem and $55 for first month ($154 for first month)

Modem is now just $49.50 using a GrabOne voucher... deal available until June 30 2016. Plus you'd have to purchase the first 30 days 60 GB data for the normal $55.

 

But Skinny told me you can delay activating it... "for several months"... not sure how long in reality.

 

But the "money back guarantee" still only lasts for 30 days from receipt. (modem purchase price only.)

 

I've got one which works great at the bach at Mangawhai, stable and fast up and down. Thinking of getting one now, for later use at home.

 

(I'm not involved with Skinny or GrabOne.)
