I sent Skinny a support request today, the email that came back says

Hey Thanks.
Got your message and we'll get back to you in 48 business hours.

Given there's 8 business hours per day, 48 business hours is six days. I don't think that's what you mean! Perhaps you mean

"We'll get back to you within 48 hours, on business days".

Though it could be worded better.

Note - this is not a problem, just pointing out a very minor area that Skinny might want to address.

I've found if you ring them, they respond live.

We're geeks. We don't talk on the phone for one of the following reasons:

1) We don't like talking on the phone because we're shy.

2) We're busy, we don't have time to talk on the phone.

3) If they offer email support they should honour it.

4) Other excuses as required to attempt to mask the fact that option 1 applies.

Sure, but this is low priority and regarding written communication, so email was appropriate.
