So my Boss moved house recently.

They took possession of the house on the 27th of July, and the previous occupants had a fibre connection at the premises.

They immediately started the process of getting the connection setup for themselves through Spark.

Being in Tauranga, the wholesaler is UltraFastFibre.

They're now nearly three weeks down the track, with still no connection.

They have located the existing ONT in the house, and have supplied Spark with the serial number.

I know fibre takes time, but whats going on?

How long should getting an 'intact' fibre connection changed over take?

I imagine there is a problem of some sort, but without details it's impossible to know. Maybe PM me with your bosses contact details and I can contact him/her and make some enquiries once I have their permission.
