Noting nzpilot1181's recent thread (+it's highjack), with reference to @coffeebaron 's post about the SIM being TAC locked to Skinny's Huawei modem, is it possible to have a SIM swap conducted by Skinny so that the connection can be used on a different 4G modem instead of the B315s?

I'm aware Vodafone can (and will, upon request) do this, curious if it's possible with Skinny also.
