If I send an email to helpdesk@xtra.co.nz and specifically say that I am having difficulties receiving email, how do you think that they'll respond.....???

If you were having problems receiving email (and you obviously knew so) wouldn't it be logical/sensible/absolutely-not-a-really-stupid-move to call them rather than email them?

Come on - what's the point of this post??

Exactly.

Youre better off calling them. You can leave your contact details but at the end of the day if you are havings issues with email, phone is the best way.

Completely pointless post, call them! Or give them your contact details!

Ofcourse they will reply by email also, just to make you cannot receive them.

For your own safety I will lock this.
