Hi All,

I am new to this but no one seems to answer my question.

I wanted to trade  up my old iphone X to Iphone XS Max however Spark sales consultant at the retail store said trade up is no longer offered but I don't see any post about stopping trade up in Spark homepage and I can still search terms and condition and information about mobile trade up.

can someone able to answer if trade up scheme is really finished?

thanks

Yes, there was talk on here the other day about it finishing up earlier this year.

2degrees is the only one still currently doing it.

Pretty difficult to offer something like that with handsets now $2k and over and plans having so much downward price pressure on them.

You won't be able to TradeUp your iphone X yet anyway. It was released November 2017 so theres still 1 month of term you have to pay off.

I spoke to a customer representative at a local Spark store and was told there should be a new plan coming soon. He told me to hold off upgrading until the plan came through as that would be the best option.

That rep will end up being caught out sooner or later...
